1. Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. As our products are made to order, please allow this production time before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. UK Delivery Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or postal delays outside our control.

4. Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@isopumped.com and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.

6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
