Returns & Refund Policy
Your Right to Cancel Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@isopumped.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).
Conditions for Returns Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging where possible
For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed. Items returned with the hygiene seal intact will be accepted for a full refund.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the fault. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you — no return postage required.
